You may provide the preferred date and time of delivery in the Ordering Page itself and will be delivered at your preferred date and time.

If you have not specified in the Preferred Delivery Column in the ordering page in the Anytimegrocery.com, then our Customer Support Executive will call you and fix up the time for delivery. In this case, for online orders made before 6 Pm of any day, it will be delivered within 4 Hrs from the time of Confirmed ordering. If it is made after 6 PM, then shipping and delivery will be made in the next day. Online ordering can be done between 9.00AM and 6.00PM. You may also place offline orders from 6.00PM to 9.00Am which will be delivered in the subsequent day.

Order cancellation and change of commodities will not be entertained at the time of delivery. It can be done online before the material is shipped from our Depot, which can be tracked online from your end, or you may contact Customer Support Executive for help.

In the event of Customer not available in the mentioned address at the time of delivery, or door locked and if materials returned back without delivery, an amount of Rs.100/- will be charged towards incidental expenses.
