How the delivery will happen?

- Once the orders are booked, the preferred shop will pack the items and dispatch for delivery. The delivery teams will pickup the packed items and delivers at your door step.
- Every shops has their Service Level Agreement (SLA) to deliver the online booking orders based on their rules and regulations like with-in 4 hours, 6 hours, 8 hours etc. after booking. You can find out these details when you review the details of selected shop.

- One of your telephone number should have the same address as mentioned in your registration.

Do we get all ordered items from the shop?

As per the shops rules & conditions this may change based on their stock availability at the time of packing. The customer has to pay only for the delivered items at their door step.

What will happen when we discard orders in between?
|
|
| |
|
When the customer discards in between the ordered items are stored in our system. In the next visit or log-in they will get the previous partially selected item list. From there they can resume to pick up rest of items and proceed for booking. Also the customer has the facility to select and proceed from one of their previous orders. For this they have to visit all their previous orders in their dash-board and from there they can select a particular order and re-book them by adding additional items or removing some of existing items.
